🛒 Quick Commerce Experience is Mandatory
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Manager – Quick Commerce to drive business growth across leading platforms such as Blinkit, BigBasket, and Swiggy Instamart.
✅ Own revenue, sales, and marketing for the Quick Commerce channel.
✅ Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize sales and market share.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and category managers across partner platforms.
✅ Execute campaigns, promotions, banner placements, and new product launches to improve visibility and conversions.
✅ Ensure optimal inventory availability and collaborate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to maintain high service levels.
✅ Manage pricing strategies, promotional activities, merchandising, and listing optimization.
✅ Monitor and analyze key business metrics including GMV, sales growth, fill rate, conversion, ROAS, inventory turns, and profitability.
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution and channel growth.
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
✔ 3–8 years of experience in Quick Commerce (Mandatory).
✔ Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, or similar marketplaces.
✔ Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
✔ Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
