Hiring | Key Account Manager – E-Commerce

Location: Wazirpur, Delhi (Nearby Shalimar Bagh)

We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager – E-Commerce to drive growth across leading marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing online accounts, executing growth strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue across assigned E-commerce platforms.
• Create, optimize, and monitor product listings, ads, deals, and coupons to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Develop joint business plans with marketplace partners to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate campaigns, promotions, and visibility opportunities with platform account managers.
• Track account health, performance metrics, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze trends, opportunities, and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive customer reviews, ratings, and strengthen brand presence online.

Requirements

✔ 4–8 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management.
✔ Proven expertise in product listings, ads, deals, coupons, and sales growth strategies.
✔ Strong knowledge of marketplace operations.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Meesho and Snapdeal Marketplace will be preferred.
